1. No Medical Advice

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, and other material, is for informational purposes only. The Site does not provide medical advice. * Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Brittany Blake or any staff at OPC.

  • Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Services & Appointments

OPC provides chiropractic care, massage therapy (including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Dynamic Cupping), and ancillary therapies in Palmer, Alaska.

  • Scheduling: Appointments requested through the Site or via our Jane App portal are subject to confirmation.

  • Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Referrals: While a referral is typically not needed for chiropractic care, some insurance plans (like Denali Kid Care for patients under 7 or TriWest) may require a referral from a primary care physician prior to being seen.

3. Insurance & Billing

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurer.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and services not covered by your health plan.

  • Coverage: While we are in-network with many providers, certain services like massage therapy or new patient exams may not be covered by specific plans (such as Medicare or Medicaid/Denali Kid Care). Please check with your insurance to make sure the service you are needing/requesting/receiving is in-network.

4. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local laws.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or its hosting servers.

  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor or copy our web content without prior written permission.
